About Ricco Design Co.

I started Ricco Design Co. after years in real estate, walking through hundreds of “renovated” homes that all looked the same—basic finishes, inflated price tags, and little to set them apart.

I SAW THE GAP.

In a saturated market, investors and homeowners didn’t need more trendy updates—they needed strategic design that actually helped properties stand out and perform.

What began with hands-on midterm rental projects—installing furniture, stocking kitchens, doing the behind-the-scenes work no one talks about—quickly evolved into full-scale renovation design. From upgrading spec sheets to reworking floor plans, I built this business from the ground up.

Today, I help clients transform properties with intention—so they don’t just look good, they sell faster, rent quicker, and work harder.
