Nicci has this rare ability to take an empty house and turn it into something people love. She’s done about 10 of my flips now, and the results are always the same: the homes look incredible, they sell fast, and they sell for way over asking. She’s creative, detail-oriented, and so reliable. Honestly, having her on my projects has been one of the smartest moves I’ve made.
